Advanced Strategy Management

NinjaTrader’s Advanced Strategy Management (ASM) capabilities allow you to implement rules and conditions for managing your trades utilizing pre-defined strategy templates. These user defined strategy templates are what allow Ninja Trader to think like you but much faster. This is because strategies can facilitate order submission and management much faster than any human can. NinjaTrader’s automated strategy interface is powerful and sophisticated, yet intuitive and easy to use. In today’s fast moving markets, Ninja Trader can help reduce risk and improve chances for profit-taking by automatically sending predefined target limit orders and stop market orders immediately upon position entry.

Education through Simulation

NinjaTrader’s simulation engine allows you to learn to trade at your own pace or to test out your trading strategies. You can also replay historical market data using NinjaTrader’s market replay features. Ninja Trader is a true mixed mode environment allowing you to trade both live and simulated simultaneously. This allows you to manage a live trade in one window and a simulated trade in another. Unlike many trade simulators today, Ninja Trader will NOT fill you instantly on a limit order once the market trades at your limit price. The Ninja Trader fill engine considers time bid/ask volume, and last trade volume to calculate fill probability. It also generates random order delay times to simulate real-time conditions when placing orders

Superior Visualization

The SuperDOM Entry Window is a highly visual and extremely efficient interface to place orders and manage your position strategies. You can place orders, modify a pending order and modify your stop loss and profit target orders with a few mouse clicks. Additionally, Ninja Trader charts visualize all your orders and positions in addition to standard market data. All your working orders, positions, and executions are plotted on the chart with bars and intelligently marked labels. With Ninja Trader Charts, you can instantly see how far or close your stops and targets are relative to key support and resistance levels, and you can modify pending orders, stop losses, and profit target orders on NinjaTrader’s integrated charts, just as you can on the SuperDome.

Performance Analytics

Ninja Trader Performance Analysis allows you to generate a detailed report of your trading activity with a single click. You can customize data by account, instrument, strategy templates, date ranges, and other filters, and view the data in percentage points, currency, or point-based values. A built in graphical chart can help you visualize performance and data is exportable to MS Excel.

Automated Trading Interface

NinjaTrader’s Automated Trading Interface (ATI) allows you to take full advantage of mechanized trading systems developed in applications such as TradeStation or eSignal and convert their trading signals into live executed orders.
