David Granzotti Managing Partner / Co-Founder

Mr. Granzotti founded vCap Investments LLC and co-founded vCap Holdings LLC, vCap FX LLC, vCap Futures LLC and vCap Ventures LLC. He brings over 12 years experience to the vCap family companies with core focuses in the alternative investments industry, futures and equities proprietary trading, corporate finance and portfolio management. Prior to the formation of vCap Futures LLC, Mr. Granzotti managed vCap Investments (formerly Alexander Securities Group LLC), a private wealth management and investment advisory firm for high net worth and institutional investors.

As the firm's CEO, he directed a team of traders and led the firm's portfolio management, investment analysis, product development and marketing activities. During the same time period, Mr. Granzotti was the General Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager of a long/short hedge fund, ASG Market Fund. Mr. Granzotti's earlier career included a financial advisor position at Morgan Stanley and a trader position at Cornerstone Securities. Mr. Granzotti is a registered principal with the Texas State Securities Board, CFTC and NFA member with Series 3 and Series 65 licenses. Mr. Granzotti also holds a degree in Finance from Southwest Texas State University.

Keith Velcich Partner / Managing Director Institutional Sales

Mr. Velcich is co-founder and managing principal of Relativity Systems LLC., owner and developer of the CAX (Central Aggregate Exchange), a matching engine and aggregator of foreign exchange liquidity sources.

He has extensive experience in the FX and futures industry as a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange for 17 years, executing orders on the CME floor for Goldman Sachs, Man Financial, Smith Barney, JP Morgan, and other top-tiered banks from 1983-1996, and trading for a major proprietary shop and his personal account from 1996-2000.

Since the summer of 2000, Mr. Velcich has devoted his resources and time to the major components of electronic trading and automated system development and advising institutional clients on clearing, connectivity, and trading system execution, primarily in foreign exchange. Mr. Velcich holds a Series 3 license and is a registered CFTC member and NFA principal.

Paul Wilson Partner / Institutional Sales & Software Development

Mr. Wilson, a professional futures, equities, forex, and bond trader of 10 years, has traded for numerous trading firms and hedge funds including Cornerstone-Protrader (Austin/Chicago/Irvine) , Andover (Houston, New York), CarlinGroup (Philadelphia), and Vantage Capital Management (Dallas), specializing in arbitrage, directional futures equity baskets, and multi-class blackbox strategies. Mr. Wilson has also served as a software consultant for the Electronic Trading Group (New York) and NinjaTrader LLC (Chicago, Denver), is a beta-tester for Tradestation Securities, and is the lead technical consultant for our new TradeVec platform. He has moderated for several online futures trading rooms, is lead moderator of vCapLive, and is the Director of our Derivatives Trading Program. Mr. Wilson holds an Economics degree from the University of Texas at Austin, a Series 3 license, and is a registered CFTC member and NFA principal.

Peter Lemke VP Business Development

Mr. Lemke has been active in the futures and forex markets since 1993, working as a head trader and manager of operations in multiple countries and exchanges including Germany (LIFFE), Singapore (SIMEX, TSE, TIFFE, Osaka Exchance), and London (LIFFE, EUREX) with specializations including arbitrage, risk management, and back office information technology consultation for such firms as Chicago International Arbitrage and FT Trading. More recently, he was a prop trader for York Trading and a Proprietary Trading Manager for PMB, INC., both of Chicago. From 2000-2002 he was an institutional broker for MAN Financial (Chicago) and assisted in creation of one of the first electronic execution services for institutional option trading on the Chicago Board of Trade. Most recently, Mr. Lemke has traded both black box and point and click strategies for Goldenberg Hehmeyer, Shepard Proprietary Trading group, and Logicbox Trading. Mr. Lemke is fluent in German, French, and Italian and brings his broad technical and mechanical knowledge of the markets to assist vCap with providing cutting-edge solutions for institutional trading firms. Mr. Lemke holds a Series 3 license and is a registered CFTC and NFA member.

Joe Bellina Institutional Sales

Mr. Bellina started out as a clerk on the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade in 1996 and was a trader on the CBOT floor from 1998 until 2000 when he became a proprietary trader for Spike Trading (now Gateway Capital), where he traded across multiple asset classes including Equities, Futures, and Mergers and Acquisitions spreads. In 2001, Mr. Bellina was offered a brokerage trading position in the Nasdaq 100 pit at the CME, filling Nasdaq, S&P, and currency futures orders for locals and brokers. Mr. Bellina joined vCap in 2008, holds a Series 3 license and is a registered CFTC and NFA member.
