  • Oversight – vCapFutures is required to meet strict financial standards, including maintaining minimum net capital requirements. On a semi-annual and annual basis, vCapFutures is required to submit financial reports to regulators which are strictly regulated and designed to protect our clients.

  • Transparency - By visiting the NFA BASIC System, you can view our firm’s regulatory history with clients or regulators. Information regarding any Introducing Broker (IB), Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA), or Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) can be found online at: http://www.nfa.futures.org/basicnet/

  • Dispute Resolution - The U.S. regulatory framework is widely regarded as one of the best in the world for investor protection. If a dispute with an IB, CTA or FCM arises, investors can turn to the NFA or the CFTC.
